Digital City Hall

Dupont is a strong town with proud traditions, but that doesn’t mean we can’t adapt to the times. For too long, Borough Hall has relied on paper for just about everything — forms, notices, even records that should be easy to search. It’s not about putting Dupont down, it’s about recognizing that we can do better for residents by moving beyond paper and embracing the digital tools that make life easier.

I’ve spent over 25 years setting up systems that help people work smarter. I studied business, computer information systems, and communications, and today I run an AI consulting business, Abba Baba Co., alongside working full-time as a sous chef at Glenmaura National Golf Club. I understand technology, and I know how to make it work for a small town like ours without wasting money.

Here’s what a Digital City Hall can look like:

  • Online reporting system (311) — Residents can log potholes, missed trash, or code issues from their phone, then track the response step by step.
  • Email and text alerts — No more guessing about plowing schedules, street closures, or delays. Important updates should come straight to you.
  • Budgets and agendas posted online before votes happen — So residents can see what’s on the table before decisions are made.
  • Modernized website — Clear, simple, and mobile-friendly, so residents can get what they need without calling or driving to Borough Hall.

This isn’t about replacing tradition or taking away the personal touch that makes Dupont special. It’s about making sure Borough Hall works for everyone — young families, busy workers, and seniors alike.

As Mayor, I’ll bring the expertise I’ve built over decades to make sure Dupont is ready for the future. Because being a small town doesn’t mean we should settle for small ideas.

It’s time to move away from paper everything — and bring Dupont into the digital age with pride.
